The SOR Tubeskin Thermocouples are meant for measuring surface temperatures of heat exchangers, boilers and other vessels.
The Type 1520 model is designed with a pressure seal union and additional protective sheath so that it may be inserted through a barrier such as a furnace wall.
Features- Various pipe mounting options: parallel, wrap around, weld bevel (parallel or wrap around), and flat
- Optional heat shield that isolates heat from escaping at the junction
- Optional Expansion Loop option that allows the tube to expand as it experiences thermal growth
